Meteoric is the result of a spin-out of gold and
copper-gold assets from Image Resources under a
joint venture agreement. Meteoric has earned
100% of Image’s interest at Wilthorpe (Image
interest 90%) and Warrego North (Image interest
100%). Image retains a 1% gross royalty in the
projects. In addition Meteoric earned a 70%
interest in the Barkly copper-gold project near
Tennant Creek, NT.
Meteoric has acquired a 100% interest in two
exploration licences at Robinson Range in WA’s
prospective mid-west iron province.
Meteoric has entered a second joint venture with
Image and has to date earned a 30% interest in
gold or nickel projects at Scorpion Well, Top
Well and Mt Remarkable in WA with rights to earn
up to a 70% interest.
More recently Meteoric has applied for three
exploration licences at Webb in the West Arunta
region of WA. The tenements cover a major gold
anomaly and other targets recently identified by
the Geological Survey of WA.
